Professional Achievements:
Mr. Dailey founded Paragon Group I in 1990 after working in the fields of Architecture and Civil Engineering since he graduated in 1978. For a portion of that time he served as Assistant Base Civil Engineer in the Illinois Air National Guard (Reserve Rank Captain) at O'Hare. He has also been called upon to assist TASA (Technical Advisory Service for Attorneys) with local cases particularly related to ADA issues.
